Brand new? Join Mahjong 101, our guided intro to American mahjong where you’ll learn the basics, get comfortable with the tiles, and play your first hands with confidence. You’ll also take home a 2025 National Mah Jongg League card, so the fun doesn’t stop when class ends.

Already know your way around the table? Grab a seat for Open Play, a laid-back, self-guided session made for experienced players who just want to play, connect, and enjoy a lively afternoon of tiles.

Beginners and seasoned players will be sharing the same social space, creating an easygoing, community vibe that makes learning and playing even more fun.

Food and drinks will be available to purchase from Frontier’s menu, so feel free to grab a bite or a cocktail while you play. We’ll bring the sets, tiles, and tables — you just bring yourself and get ready to play.
