Assistant Instructor
Our Assistant Instructors are the heartbeat of every lesson. While the Lead Instructor teaches the room, Assistant Instructors work with students to demonstrate the deal, guide the Charleston, answer questions in real time, and help players choose (and pivot) their hands with confidence.

Lead Instructor
Our Lead Instructors are confident teachers, strong communicators, and true stewards of the game. They lead our lessons, guiding students through American Mahjong and explaining complex concepts in ways beginners can truly grasp. They create an experience that feels both structured and fun.

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to thoughtfully shape our digital presence. We’re not looking for a cookie-cutter content calendar — we want someone who understands brand nuance and can translate the energy of The Mahjong Society into compelling, on-trend content.
